Regulatory Compliance Expertise

Our team stays ahead of changing regulations, routinely re-engineering controls to ensure ongoing compliance for our clients.
Our Design Process: Step by Step
Idea Exploration
Unlike many companies that require an upfront Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) quote, we begin by thoroughly investigating your concept. Our team analyzes, suggests, and reviews the system or product before providing an NRE, ensuring we fully understand your objectives and can assign the most suitable engineers to your project.
Product Concept Development
Once we are clear on your idea, we propose design input/output characteristics and dimensions. Leveraging our extensive library of solutions, we often suggest adapting one of our standard products as a base, reducing development costs, improving manufacturability, and accelerating time-to-market.
Detailed Design
Upon executing an NRE agreement, our mechanical, electrical, and software engineers create a formal design. With our in-house manufacturing capabilities, we ensure all designs prioritize manufacturability and efficiency.
Prototyping
Following design approval and receipt of a purchase order, we build a prototype at our Chanhassen, MN facility. This prototype is then sent to the client for further analysis, testing, and approval.
Manufacturing
Once the prototype has been thoroughly analyzed, tested, and approved, we transition to manufacturing. Our in-house capabilities allow us to produce your product to meet your specific requirements and volume needs.
Comprehensive Testing
We conduct thorough testing using advanced Labview/National Instruments equipment and software. Our capabilities include simulating customer product architectures and performing full-scale testing in our facility.
Ongoing Support and Optimization
With our Minnesota-based staff, support is always just a phone call away. We’re committed to extending your product’s lifecycle through continuous improvements and integration capabilities.
